Interview Questions/Louis

What happened on the day of the dog attack; how and why did the dog attack you?

Do you feel as if the attack wasn't your fault?

Do you speak to the owner of the dog and her teen child, or did you before?

Do you feel as if the the owners child could of done more to stop the the attack?

What was the experience like in hospital, did anyone important visit?

How do you feel your family helped with the situation?

Do you remember what it was like to stay in hospital for the amount of time you was there, what was your experience like?

Did the attack as a whole affect you after coming out of hospital?
- How did you over come your fears?

And finally, if all dogs were licensed, do you think it would help reduce the risk of children your age getting attacked by dangerous dogs?

The questionnaires I design will be for different people, this questionnaire is what i will ask my brother that was attacked by a dog himself earlier this year.


Q1 - First of all do you feel comfortable about talking about the dog attack?
Q3 - What is your opinion about having a dog in a family home, would you ever like to have a dog at home?
Q2 - Do you think all dogs are dangerous?
        What is your reason?

Q5 - To bring the risk of a dog attack from happening to another child like you, do you think all dogs should be licensed, do you think you would feel safer if dogs were checked over by the police?

Q5 - When dog attacks happen, the majority of dogs target young children your age. Do you think the reason behind dog attacks is by how the dog has been brought up by the owner?

Q6 - If this new law came in the future, would you feel safer around dogs?
